Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Assist clients with account analysis, financial planning, and general inquiries related to their accounts. - Utilize financial acumen to provide accurate and relevant information to clients regarding their financial accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Experience: - Previous experience in financial accounting or public accounting is preferred. - Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations and compliance is a plus. - Familiarity with technical accounting principles and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance is beneficial. - Proficiency in general ledger accounting and accounts payable processes is desired. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis and identify discrepancies. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. - Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial transactions. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
