Responsibilities:
General duties include obtaining patient histories, maintaining patient flow, obtaining and recording vital signs
Perform administrative duties, including answering telephone calls and emails, greeting patients, updating patient medical records, handling correspondence, arranging for laboratory services
Assist with procedure preparation
Assist physician during procedures (which include ultrasound and fluoroscopy) Assist patients to their vehicles with the use of wheelchair as needed
Clean and restock examination rooms
Help maintain inventory of supplies, ordering and restocking as needed Cross-train with other medical assistant(s) and lab processor
Benefits
Training for this position may involve travel to our training facility in Denver, Colorado. A training schedule will be provided and compensation will be provided for travel/lodging during any training outside of the home clinic.
*Compensation commensurate with experience and will increase as responsibilities and skills grow.
