Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service/ Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing strong business relationships, and identifying potential opportunities with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a team to support assigned region from order entry through delivery of products
- Work with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, sales, accounting to meet customers expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers through, phone and email to manage and update their accounts
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
