General Description
An Enterprise Account Executive at ImageSource is part of a collaborative and energetic enterprise sales team that drives revenue and strategizes process-innovation solutions for our valued customer partners. The Enterprise Account Executive sets high, achievable goals and meets quarterly and annual quota by building an account base that targets a specific territory and key accounts within that territory. Sales success is accomplished through proactive initiative, team collaboration, and following a comprehensive ImageSource sales methodology consisting of:
- Strategic Sales Planning
- Prospecting and Demand Generation
- Communication and Relationship Building
- Business Case Development and Vision Mapping
- Negotiation and Customer Advocacy
The successful candidate will create a roadmap for success by building an annual business plan, which brings focus and direction by targeting the appropriate vertical industries and accounts within those industries to increase success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for selling ImageSource solutions and services in the assigned geographic/vertical territory. The sales cycle will require collaboration with ImageSource Business Analysts, Program Managers, System Engineers and Developers to define business requirements, demonstrate ImageSource solutions, prepare solution proposals, and advance deals to completion with positive referrals.
- Business Planning: The Enterprise Account Executive will develop and execute a long-term business plan to ensure the identification and qualification of new prospects in the territory. Additional responsibilities include the management of existing customer base to ensure customer growth, strong relationship, and general satisfaction.
- Sales Process: Leveraging our comprehensive sales process featuring disruptive and social selling is key to success. The Enterprise Account Executive is expected grow into higher levels of sales aptitude to gain credibility and influence with prospects and current customers in ways that build confidence in ImageSource along with our products and services.
- Business Solutions: The successful Enterprise Account Executive has a solid understanding of enterprise business process applications and the business needs of prospects in our target industries. As new applications are developed, the successful candidate applies these principles to prospects organizations. A successful Enterprise Account Executive is able to follow a business process thoroughly, monetize it, and apply the appropriate technology to create the best solution.
- Product Knowledge: The Enterprise Account Executivedemonstrates an understanding of the products and services that ImageSource offers to our customer partners. With a growth mentality, Enterprise Account Executives show a continual commitment to education and learning. The expectation is that the Enterprise Account Executives will take that knowledge and be able to impart it to our customer partners to envision and successfully sell new and innovative solutions.
- Relationship Building: The Enterprise Account Executive emphasizes relationship development and enhancement through superior client service and becomes an advocate for the client as a long-term business partner. Throughout, the Enterprise Account Executive maintains credibility and integrity with the client, along with an intimate understanding of the client’s strategic objectives and direction.

- Demonstrate knowledge of corporate vision and current strategic and tactical objectives.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
