Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing services provided to patients and oversees all aspects of coordination of care, including planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the services provided. The Clinical Supervisor will coordinate new client admissions including preparation of the plan of care. The Clinical Supervisor also supervises our nurses in the field and serves as a resource for them. The Clinical Supervisor actively participates in the hiring and review process for clinical team members, as well as orientation and in-servicing of field and office staff to meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in Texas
- Valid and current automobile liability insurance
- Minimum 2 years current experience as a Registered Nurse; prior clinical supervisor or case management experience preferred.
- Required to work minimum of 3 days in office per week
