IVORY BRIDAL ATELIER - FULL & PART TIME BRIDAL CONSULTANT
- Function as a Bridal Sales Consultant in an upscale environment and be able to take multiple appointments a day with customers. Assist brides in selecting gowns based on their style, needs, budget, wedding venue, etc and assist them in getting in and out of the gowns. Follow up with customers after their appointments and go above and beyond to try and assist them in finding a dress and ultimately make a sale.
- Ability to develop very strong product knowledge about our merchandise and designers, the fit, fabrics, and colors of our gowns as well as the custom changes that can be made to each gown. Ability to listen to what the customer is asking for and make gown recommendations based on your product knowledge and expertise.
- Have an outgoing and patient personality, ability to communicate well with customers, be a team player, and maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and other Sales Consultants.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and professional environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
- Assist in daily store merchandising, display maintenance, organizing and gown steaming, minor housekeeping, and re-arranging during in-store events and Trunk Shows. Contribute to up-keeping an impeccable store appearance.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions, in-store events and advertisements and assist in the marketing and advertising of these events.
- Have strong communication skills on the phone and via email in order to respond to any customer questions and inquiries as well as to schedule appointments for brides. Additionally, aiding customers in locating gowns that we may not carry in store and arrange for the shipment of them.
- Assist in receiving and monitoring the arrival of customer merchandise and inventory, packaging the merchandise and calling brides to let them know their merchandise is in-store.
- Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
- Assist in the packing and unpacking of gowns during Trunk Shows etc.
- Assist in the store’s participation in 2-3 annual local bridal events. This may include assisting in dressing models for fashion shows, merchandising our store booth, etc and representing our store in a professional manner.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
