Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Porsche Technician for a commission basis pay to join our team. Commision pay will be based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Porsche mechanical repair. The technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of Porsche models, ensuring they are safe and running efficiently.
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, minor & major mechanical repairs, annual/scheduled services, tires & brakes, HVAC, etc, etc.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs
- Interpret schematics and diagrams to diagnose and repair complex issues
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with automotive electrical systems
- Work with a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance tasks
Skills:
- Proficiency in all Porsche models
- Experience with automotive electrical systems
- Knowledge of schematics and diagrams
- Ability to use hand tools and specialized equipment
- Strong vehicle maintenance skills
- Familiarity with aligning vehicles and performing other adjustments
- Certification and/or Factory trained in Porsche is an enhancement
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
