Requirements
- Hold current Alaska Property and Casualty License and retain license by meeting the continuing education requirements
- 3+ years of insurance account manager experience.
- Ability to navigate agency management systems and experience in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills and professional office and phone etiquette.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize your day, tasks, responsibilities, and accounts
- Ability to multitask, be organized, and be detail-oriented
- Reliable
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients and provide exemplary customer service with a positive attitude.
- Obtain updated information, change requests, and take payments.
- Educate & Advise Clients on their policies
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding
- Develop insurance quotes and close sales

Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
