General Description: The Inventory Management team member is responsible for the development and management of timeshare club inventory strategies including but not limited to; inventory allocation and reconciliation, utilization, administrative and procedural documentation, and communication with resorts and property management companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Allocation, reconciliation, and documentation of all Club owned inventory.
- Perform daily review and analysis of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Responsible for the evaluation, dedication, and tracking of bulk inventory assignments to fulfill internal department goals and external third-party exchange agreements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental processes and procedures to provide consistency and uphold key standards of operation.
- Communicate with property management companies and resort teams to uphold strong relationships to manage inventory accounts and reservations, update internal property information, and maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges while protecting the interest of all guests and companies.
- Work with internal reporting and departments to develop utilization strategies through occupancy and revenue forecasts.
- Build and audit guest reservations.
- Manage emails and team mailboxes.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Company’s internal and/or external rental platform.
Essential Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills are a must.
- Medium to advanced skill level of Excel and Word.
- Work experience in timeshare, hotel industry, or property management, seen as an asset.
- Work experience with reservation and inventory management systems, seen as an asset.
- Must have effective interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal associates and external vendors.
- Ability to take initiative and think outside the box in resolving challenges.
- Must be a team player that can work independently with a willingness to engage in department’s team and company culture
Qualifications:
- Experience in Timeshare or Hotel Industry with focus on Inventory/Yield management is preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and deadline
Hours:
· Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
· Possible Weekend work associated with customer check in support

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
