Job Details:
Provide administrative assistance in the areas of HR administration, Recruiting, Benefits Administration and Payroll.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Setup, Administer and Maintain all On-Boarding documentation.
- Conduct new hire orientation to include benefits registration, online safety training, and any other orientation needed.
- Assist in hiring process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and performing reference and background checks.
- Distribute Safety materials, coordinate with insurance company on site visits, etc. and keep records up to date.
- Assist in Fleet Management.
- Collaborate with upper management on annual insurance plan and open enrollment.
- Coordinate special projects such as team building events.
- Assist in preparing payroll for processing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required; secondary education with a degree in accounting is a plus.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1-3 years of previous experience working in an office environment is required; must have advanced computer skills and competency in the following, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Experience with Sage is a plus. Must have strong communication and organization skills; must have a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
