Position Title: Busser-Dishwasher
Position Summary
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment both inside and outside. Assist other team members as needed.
Requirements

Clean the dining room, restrooms, parking lot, patio and sidewalk areas prior to the restaurant opening.

Check guest restrooms throughout shift to ensure cleanliness and proper supplies.

Keep all ice bins full.

Bus tables quietly and quickly leaving tables and seating areas clean and sanitized for the next guest.

Pre-bus tables when guests are finished with their meal.
-
Stock all tables and condiment stations.
-
Ensure clean sanitizing solution for towels during shift.

Clean high chairs, booster seats.
-
Return dishes to dish room area without allowing dishes to stack up.

Resolve any guest requests immediately and involves a manager when necessary.

Advise manager of any guest complaints.

Set up the dish machine for proper ware washing- check chemical fullness.

Clean outside parking lot and replace trash bags in all outside receptacles throughout shift.

Wash dishes and return plates and supplies to proper stations.

Rack dishes and glasses according to the group.

Keep table and counter stocked with proper utensils and china.

Clean and change water in dish machine as needed.

Support the kitchen staff when asked.

Take out trash as needed, keeping dumpster area clean and all boxes broken down.

Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by manager.
Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
-
Standing and walking during entire shift
-
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to work accurately and under pressure
-
Team player with other employees
