Job Description
We are looking for empowering and empathetic therapists to become part of our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and therapy to individuals interested in seeking services. This position offers an opportunity to practice collaboratively to support and empower the people you serve.
Responsibilities
· Integrated Mental Health Services: PureBalance is seeking terminally licensed therapists for our new mental wellness clinic, which focuses on integrated mental health services that treat the entire person. The therapist will assess the client's needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy that respects the client's autonomy and promotes self-empowerment.
· Collaborative Team Engagement: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, APRNs, LPCs and LCSWs, to ensure comprehensive care. Facilitate necessary referrals for medication management while maintaining a client-centered approach that values shared decision-making.
· Varied Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, including Spravato treatment, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, massage, acupuncture, reiki, red light therapy, and infrared sauna, tailored to support holistic recovery and well-being.
· Ethical Practice and Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics, committing to interventions that empower rather than diminish the autonomy of clients.
· Adaptive Scheduling: Manage a flexible work schedule to maximize client service and personal productivity, balancing clinical sessions, administrative tasks, and professional growth opportunities.
Requirements
· Education: Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
· Experience: Demonstrated experience in delivering psychotherapy to a diverse client base is essential, with prior experience in integrative and/or embodied approaches preferred.
· Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to operate independently and within a team environment, strong commitment to professional development, and upholding high standards of care.
Preferred Qualifications
· Terminal licensure as a therapist, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD, or similar.
· Specializations in trauma, substance use disorders, or family therapy are highly valued.
· Training in specialized therapeutic approaches like interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB) or somatic certifications is advantageous.
· Experience in multidisciplinary health settings enhances a candidate's profile.
· Interest in alternative treatments such as reiki, acupuncture, yoga, and other integrative health approaches are also highly desirable, reflecting a broad-based capability to address patient needs in diverse and innovative ways.
