Customer Service Representative-Remote- Full-time

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Compensation: $16/hour (paid bi-weekly via 1099 as an independent contractor)
Hours: Flexible, with availability needed before 5pm PST to connect with the team as needed.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is perfect for those looking to balance work and family life.
Job Responsibilities:
Process incoming return requests and coordinate with vendors through various means.
Utilize parts manufacturer’s data in various formats to assess vehicle fitment and determine application fit issues.
Generate RMA/RGA instructions, call tags
Create return shipping labels when applicable to route goods back to vendor locations.
Follow up on credits for processed returns.
Answer general inquiries regarding return/warranty policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service and handling returns.
General knowledge of automotive parts is a plus but not required.
Ability to look up parts via catalog or search applications.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite of software tools.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
