Providing support to the Team Leader of one of North Central Ohio's Top Real Estate Teams. This position is a full time position.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Managing Team Leaders Schedule, Email, & Travel
- Manage VIP Client Gift Program
- Answering Phones Courteously & Professionally
- Professional Interaction with Team Members, Real Estate Agents, Clients, Business Partners, and Vendors
- Outbound Telephone Conversations to Current, Past, and Prospective Clients
- Some File Management, Data Entry, Following Checklists
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Must possess superior organizational, time, and project management skills
- Strong computer skills involving MAC/PC including Microsoft Suite & Google (Word, Excel, Power Point, Dropbox, Outlook, Google Docs, etc.)
- Professional, polite, well-spoken and courteous; demonstrate a calm demeanor in all situations; and maintain confidentiality
- Very strong written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to build relationships with key stakeholders; and have an eye for accuracy
- Effective problem solving skills, be proactive and solution oriented
- Technological savvy with apps & web-based, commercially available and other ad hoc systems, databases, etc.
- Proficient with Social Media Sources LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (is preferred, but not required)
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- 2 years of Experience in Administrative Support
