Job Title: Dishwasher Department: Back of the House
Reports to: Manager Job Titles Supervised: Management
Job Description
Reports to work on time, neat and well groomed, for every shift in a clean and proper uniform.
Perform Miscellaneous grounds and trash duties that are required to maintain cleanliness on the grounds and a workable area for the kitchen staff. Assist FOH at times.
Perform duties in a conscientious, pleasant and professional manner, insuring customer satisfaction.
Adheres to all of Skidders safety, sanitation and administrative procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Empties out trash cans and reline by server stations, bar areas and on perimeters.
- Washes all dishes, flatware, Pots and Pans.
- Assures the kitchen areas cleanliness is maintained.
- Assist managers as needed with cleaning projects.
- Helps promote a safe and clean environment for fellow employees and guests.
- Assists kitchen with small prep tasks

- Able to be on your feet for long hours and move quickly

Physical Requirements
Frequently standing, walking bending, lifting and carrying items (in excess of 45 pounds),
Reaching over shoulder, work with sharp instruments and tools. This position also requires oral and written communication skills in English, eye hand coordination, and manual dexterity. Occasionally requires some exposure to heat (100F), cold (35-40 F) and chemicals.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
