- Possess 3-5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales.

- Are a master of B2B campaigns, promotions, and presentations.
- Can analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
- Enjoy travel and being on the go! Expect 60-70% travel within the Northeast region *.
Beyond the basics:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a high school diploma is required.
- You're a whiz with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and a master of time management.
- You can lift up to 40 lbs and comfortably handle occasional heavy lifting.
Living and working in the Northeast is a must. You'll be deeply connected to your territory, building relationships and representing Bestop with local expertise.

* This NortheastRegional Business Development Manager will oversee a wide territory encompassing Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Eastern Canada.
