You must have a Master’s degree in social work or marriage and family therapy from an accredited university. You also must be registered with the Behavioral Board of Sciences. Child-adolescent mental health experience preferred and bilingual Spanish required.

Therapist Role and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Psychosocial/diagnostic/risk assessment
- Individual/family/group therapy and crisis support
- Clinical documentation in an electronic health record system
- Telehealth and in-person services (currently we have a hybrid work policy and are providing some of our services via telehealth)
- Clinic/school/home—based services depending on client and program needs (currently providing some of our services via telehealth)
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Linkage to other services and resources
What We Are Looking For
- Have a master’s degree in social work or counseling psychology from an accredited university
- Registered as a ACSW/AMFT/APCC with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) OR possess a valid CA LCSW/LMFT/LPCC
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization/time-management skills

Pay: $66,560.00 - $76,000.00 per year
