Our clients aim to provide the most advanced technology services available, and our Junior Sales Associates are their partners in reaching qualified leads. By having a free flow of information between the clients and our teams, we develop a deep understanding of where our clients want to be in the near future and how we can get them there through our sales and marketing strategies.
Before working directly with client services, Junior Sales Associates will have access to entry-level training that prepares them to answer potential questions, troubleshoot topics, and suggest alternative service options. We are looking for a Junior Sales Associate who is engaged in creating business opportunities and determined to keep up with client innovations.
What we look for in a Junior Sales Associate:
- Use direct communication to secure new customers, achieve outreach goals, and complete sales metrics
- Build a positive image and representation of the client brand by providing informative customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Develop an understanding of the local market region to generate more relevant marketing and sales strategies for client products
- Work with the sales team and other Junior Sales Associates to determine how client qualifications and protocols can be adequately conveyed to the local community
- Utilize entry-level training on sales, customer service, client expectations, and business metrics to generate new opportunities for the client successfully
- Analyze sales results to identify patterns, track market preferences, and better assist customer service and marketing strategies
Qualifications for a Successful Junior Sales Associate:
- A high school diploma or equivalency
- Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, business, management, or leadership is encouraged
- Ability to properly communicate the benefits and elements of client services during sales, given the proper entry-level training for Junior Sales Associates
- Reliability in time management to follow training schedules and achieve planned goals for marketing, product visibility, sales, and customer service
- Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, management, and other Junior Sales Associates

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
