Job responsibilities
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner and route to the appropriate staff. Take messages and relay to as appropriate staff.
- Running errands for mailings etc. Preparing forms, letters, packages, notices as needed
- Maintain inventory and stock of office supplies, personal protective equipment, and other necessary equipment
- Assisting with organizing office and company events
- Assist with fleet management
- Assist with collections duties for accounts receivable
- Sorting, scanning, filing of receipts and purchase records
- Maintaining employee office status and preparation of workspaces for employee on-boarding
- Preparing letters, documents and reports as needed
- Assisting all the company’s department managers as needed
- Communicating with clients and employee as needed
- Attending to office meetings as needed
- Filing as needed
