Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
- Phone and Email Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote upcoming events and sales.
- Inventory Management: Assist with maintaining and organizing inventory records, ensuring all items are accurately logged and stored.
- Filing and Documentation: Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to support daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
