Nation Safe Drivers is one of the largest suppliers of auto-related, supplemental products since 1962. Our expertise is to develop and market specialty "niche" products to the Automotive and Insurance industries. Currently we are looking to hire customer service call center representatives for our different departments for multiple shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 10:30pm. We will be hosting the hiring event on Wednesday, July 10th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

Experience:
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude with both internal & external members
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines/goals
- Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances and correct
- Strong attention to detail
- Must demonstrate polite and professional demeanor- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
