About Us:
Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. At the moment, we are doing around $20 million in revenue per year. We are currently a small team of 10 people. We have a GREAT work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees.
Job Description
We are looking to add a Business Development Representative to our sales team as we continue to grow. This position is key within the organization as they are responsible for supporting the Acquisitions Team, helping to drive all sales opportunities for the company. A major responsibility of the role is to secure new leads on properties for the company to purchase. They are responsible for making initial contact and identifying homeowners who would entertain an offer to purchase. From there, any hot prospects are handed off to the Acquisitions team to be closed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing outbound sales calls each day to generate new leads.
- Work with the Acquisitions Team to ensure a swift hand off of leads.
- Keep record of important call details to keep the system up to date and efficient
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Leads and Expectations
The Team will provide all training, software, and client lists for this role to be successful. This is a starting position within the company, with the ultimate goal being to move into an acquisitions manager on the team. Representatives are required to generate a minimum of 60 new leads per month as well as providing all necessary support required by the acquisitions team to close new business.
Hourly Pay: $15/hour
Qualifications

Representatives do not need to hold an active Real Estate license but will need to be licensed before they can graduate into an acquisition’s role. Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
