The BCBA will be responsible for providing support to staff and students using Applied Behavioral Analysis to gain behavior acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors both in the educational and residential settings.
- Implementing assessment tools and to conduct functional assessments as needed
- Provide model training and direct instructional supports to staff and to provide feedback
- Provide data collection to establish baselines, and analyze data as needed to guide programming for students
- Monitor and assist in the development of treatment plans
- Attend treatment team meetings/IEPs as needed
- Complete progress reports
- Conduct staff/parent training
Qualifications
Masters or doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
