Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Process customer orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the service industry is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
