Sales Consultants will be expected to uphold our high quality standards for themselves and treat customers with the upmost respect. Your goal will be to provide our customers with the best experience possible while accurately assessing their needs and goals. Responsibilities include: listening to customers' questions about heat pumps and providing them with honest, realistic answers; determining customer rebate eligibility; selecting the optimal sizes and locations for their heat pumps; designing lineset runs and providing customers with an itemized guaranteed proposal. This role requires an outgoing personality, prior experience with face-to-face sales, and a strong attention to detail. Working around a customers schedule is a priority to ensure the best customer interaction and sales experience.
