Our model has successfully placed 60+ candidates throughout the US and due to our tremendous growth, we are looking for a sales business manager for our team. This candidate will be leading the sales charge for our organization.
We are looking for a driven, motivated, and passionate Recruiting Sales Managers that is excited to be apart of a groundbreaking company. Someone who thinks outside the box for solutions and is driven by the need to create the ultimate client experience. They are passionate about treating everyone with respect and authenticity. They love to learn and grow and are excited about being the expert for their clients and teammates. You are someone that is motivated to grow the brand be influential on a national level.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment sales experience. If this sounds like you, we would love to chat! We are only looking for candidates based in the Houston area.
This Role will be a base of $60,000 with a motivating commission plan with unlimited cap
Key Responsibilities:
- Create marketing plans
- Create ideas for growth of our new unique business model
- Contacting high level executive clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings and close recruiting deals.
- Develop new systems and processes for business sales initiative
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment-based sales or similar experience
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT savvy
- Striving for excellence in nurturing, developing and closing client leads
- Self-Starter that has a passion for growth, expansion and process
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
