JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for window film marketing efforts that help achieve the company goals and objectives, including digital marketing, public relations, social media, dealer collateral materials, website management, trade show management, customer communication, corporate and product branding, and marketing sales, promotion, and retention initiatives. Reports to the SR VP and GM Window films to define, plan and implement the company’s strategic marketing objectives. To ensure continuity and cohesiveness, throughout all segments, also works with other segment Directors and their teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONISIBILITIES:

Design, implement, and create strategies that support our growth plans.

Develop and implement digital and multi-media communications that build, focus and enhance the corporate image.

Develop and produce marketing materials designed to generate corporate and brand recognition in the marketplace with the consumer, and within the dealer/installer sales network.

Develop and implement effective advertising programs, and a strong public relations and social media plan to improve brand recognition.

Develop and implement a variety of action-oriented marketing programs designed to increase the company’s dealer network base, and generate increased sales volume.

Develop and maintain contact with vendors and other resources for printing material, permanent point of sale material, premiums and all other graphic support needs.

Develop a broad scale trade show exhibition schedule, coordinating exhibit display needs, and collateral handout material.

Work with outside agencies to determine proper positioning of our products and advertising against various consumer groups, i.e. automotive, residential and commercial.

Develop and produce and coordinate all graphic materials for conventions and sales meetings.

Manage marketing department staff to fulfill all objectives

Work with sales & program managers to supplement their sales efforts with effective marketing support

Helps distribution customers create and implement effective marketing initiatives in all global markets

Organize and implement customer relations tactics

Customer satisfaction surveys/Customer development activities

Specifying market requirements for current and future projects by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

Manage the marketing budget to ensure we remain within budget each year.

Manages and directs marketing personnel and vendors

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of marketing communications.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required, Masters preferred. Ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
