We're seeking a dynamic, meticulously organized, and fiercely motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead with Precision and Passion:
- Drive the flawless execution and oversight of diverse occupational health service programs.
- Collaborate closely with supervising occupational physicians to pioneer groundbreaking health promotion initiatives.
- Craft articulate, detailed medical reports to ensure thorough documentation.
- Innovate and implement tailored occupational health procedures, setting the standard for excellence.
- Play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing health procedures with unparalleled finesse.
- Conduct meticulous health assessments, including job-specific and pre-employment evaluations, and rigorous health surveillance.
- Administer first aid with precision, strictly adhering to company nursing protocols.
- Navigate work-related injury and illness claims with finesse, ensuring meticulous follow-up care coordination per protocol.
- Cultivate a culture of safety and excellence, maintaining a proficient practice under the guidance of off-location occupational physicians.
- Demonstrate mastery in phlebotomy, IV blood draw, and immunization administration, setting the bar for proficiency.
- Offer expert consultancy services within established protocols for potential occupational illnesses and injuries, with vigilant monitoring and reporting.
- Embrace additional responsibilities pertinent to occupational nursing health practice with unwavering enthusiasm.
Qualifications and Skills:
Are You Ready to Make Your Mark?
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years post-basic training experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including internet navigation and Microsoft Office tools, and adeptness in medical data management.
- Ability to perform Basic CPR if necessary, with full range of body motion, manual and finger dexterity, and keen eye-hand coordination.
- Capacity to stand and walk for up to five hours during the workday.
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 15 pounds occasionally.
