We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen interest in technology, and the drive to help us grow our client base. This role is essential in generating leads, fostering relationships, and closing deals to ensure the continued success and growth of Thoughtly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, online databases, and industry events.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new leads.
Qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential sales opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
Provide relevant information and resources to prospects to nurture their interest in Thoughtly's solutions.
Sales Activities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Thoughtly's solutions.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with prospective clients.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Market Insights:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine messaging and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in full cycle sales (prospecting to close).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
Knowledge of AI, automation, and contact center technologies.
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo).
The base salary range for this role is $140k - $180k OTE and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
