POSITION SUMMARY:
Control, plan and monitor the Triangle Services Orlando Aviation operations to conform to customer requirements while maintaining expenditure within the budgets. Manage the ground services (ramp, cargo, and warehouse operation) and cleaning operation in accordance with company policy and Corporate goals. Achieve customer and company expectations within budgetary limitations while assuring maximum profitability.
DESCRIPTION:
· Maintain positive corporate image with customers, personnel (including facilities and uniform policies) and equipment (cleanliness in accordance with Miami Airport and Triangle Services quality standards).
· Control a complete service operation on a daily basis, to ensure customer satisfaction and those customer standards and expectations are exceeded.
· Coordinate with Safety Director to ensure that employees are properly trained in all safety procedures and job-task assignments, with proper certification (driving training, etc.)
· Prepare equipment and manpower daily requirements (GANT charts) four months in advance to determine operational requirements for equipment and manpower.
· Conduct a pre-briefing with subordinates to ensure all responsibilities of subordinates are communicated, understood, and daily operational requirements are achieved.
· Evaluate performance statistics (data), review variances and the causes of defects and correct the process that caused the defects. Meet with subordinates including hourly staff to review performance. Discuss new methods for improvement and empower staff to improve performance (provide tools needed to accomplish task).
· Obtain and understand measurable customer standards or requirements and ensure that customer and Triangle performance standards are met.
· Respond to all customer written (i.e., emails, phone calls, letters, etc.) and verbal requests in a timely manner.
· Recommend, assign and control all equipment (vehicles, radios, keys, etc.).
· Recommend uniform purchases and maintain individual uniform records and inventory
· In conjunction with maintenance, ensure that all needed equipment is in a serviceable condition.
· Coordinate daily operational requirements with other Triangle Services operations with the purpose of improving customer satisfaction and profitability.
