We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing high-level administrative support with precision and professionalism. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.
Position Summary: The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the administrative team within Central Peninsula Hospital. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion. This position will also cross train to support the Executive Assistant/Coordinator for the CEO and Board of Directors. In the absence of the Executive Assistant/Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will attend Board/Committee meetings, prepare meeting packets, maintain the Board Portal, and provide support as requested.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years of advanced level administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
