A Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives. They coordinate project teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are aligned with the organization's goals. The Program Manager oversees the progress of projects, manages risks, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Years of Experience
- Must have a general understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment, possess good oral and written communication skills and have at least five (5) years of experience managing personnel and processes in an IT enterprise environment.

Functional Responsibilities
- The Program Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the achievement of larger organizational goals.
- The Program Manager will be the principal point of contact between COR/Alternate COR and senior management, attend the required weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings, responsible for presenting regular concise program status updates, and ensuring timely resolution of critical program issues.
- Attention to Strategy, Implementation, and Delegation: Ability to oversee the achievement of larger organizational goals, lead program strategy, oversee implementation efforts, and delegate tasks efficiently.
- The Program Manager will manage the responsibility of quality and efficiency of the contract to include both technical issues and business processes, be responsible for assisting in task assignments, ongoing supervision of technical efforts, and overall performance management of the program, must have a general understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment, must possess good oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
