In this role, you'll be compensated at a competitive pay-per-unit rate of $70/unit, with mileage reimbursement at $0.58/mile after the first 20 miles. Our Nurses make an average of $96,400 annually! SWAT RN Position Available!
We are also looking for a SWAT RN to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, covering all areas in the valley. This role is crucial in providing flexible, urgent care to our patients, ensuring they receive timely and efficient care.
While we prefer applicants with 1-2 years of infusion experience, we're also willing to train the right candidate. Work at your own pace, providing quality care and education in the comfort of patients' homes. Must be willing to travel within an assigned area in the valley, but don't worry, you'll be compensated for mileage.

Available Shifts:
Enjoy the convenience of working from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternating weekends (totaling 5 days a week).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized care plans for new patients.
- Deliver hands-on nursing care and provide patient/family education based on individual care plans.
- Schedule visit times and communicate effectively with clients
- Utilize your clinical IV experience to educate patients and caregivers on the safe administration of home IV therapies
- Provide weekly central line care and lab draws while adhering to infection control practices
- Coordinate care with supervisor, staffing, and pharmacy staff to ensure patients receive care as prescribed by the physician
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) programs
- Complete documentation promptly
Experience Desired:
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- A positive attitude and exceptional organizational skills
- Passion for the nursing profession
- Previous experience in home health strongly recommended
- Proficiency in OASIS, infusion, and wound care preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of diverse nursing experience
- Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, Driver's License, CPR card, Car Insurance card, and TB clearance
