**Customer Service Representative**
**Duties:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
- Stock various items throughout store
- Be able to climb a ladder to get extra backstock items down and/or to put backstock up
**Skills:**
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pound
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours at a time
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
