As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role as a moving broker, connecting clients who are planning long-distance interstate moves with our company. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through a detailed walk-through estimate, room by room, while they go over their items on the phone. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of customer needs, and the ability to facilitate accurate estimates for relocation, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
-Engage with clients who are planning long-distance interstate moves, helping them navigate the estimation process.
-Conduct a detailed, room-by-room walk-through estimate over the phone, working with clients as they go over their belongings.
-Match clients with reputable moving companies that can fulfill their relocation needs.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and transparency.
-Skillfully manage the estimation process and provide accurate estimates based on the information gathered.
-Maintain an organized CRM system to track and manage client interactions.
-Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
-Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Proven track record of sales success, ideally in a related industry.
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
-A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
-Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
-Strong time management and organizational skills.
-Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems.
-High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Compensation:
-The average Sales Representative (Moving Broker) has the potential to clear six figures annually.
-Top-performing Sales Representatives have the potential to earn over 200k.
-This is a 1099 (independent contractor) position.
Location:
-Our office is conveniently located near the Melting Pot in Boca Raton, Florida, 33487.
Working Hours:
-Monday to Friday: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm EST
-Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm EST
