Administrative Assistant Job Summary
Our busy construction company is seeking an organized construction administrative assistant to support our office with clerical and administrative tasks. You’ll help our office staff communicate with vendors and clients, obtain bids from subcontractors, and place change orders. The ideal candidate will have great computer skills a must, Microsoft software, Smart Sheet knowledge a plus, Quick Book experience, able to request and supply lien releases and maintain Auto and Equipment registration up today. Requirements:
* Processing and completing data entry of specific jobs.
* Reviewing and Processing orders of specific jobs.
* Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
* Utilizing QuickBooks functions including invoicing.
* Ability to keep track of project progress using various software.
* Clear communication skills, both verbally and written.
* Excellent follow-up skills & work ethic.
* Proficient in all MS office programs, typing and computer navigation skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Computer proficient in Word and Excel
*Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
*Fluent in English & Spanish a plus
High school diploma or GE
Job Type: Full Time

Expected hours: 40 per week.
