Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Manager to join our team. To promote our products and services in Home Medical Equipment (DME) Space. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within your region. You will work closely with Physicians, Home Health Agencies, Hospitals etc.. to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales and account management skills to make a significant impact in the Home Medical Equipment (DME) Space.
Duties:
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the region
- Conduct warm calling and engage in proactive outreach to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account reviews
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, and account management. Physician sales a plus.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Physicians.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to discuss Medical Products and Services
