**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform data entry, transcribe meeting notes, and maintain accurate records
- Manage office operations including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to executives including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Coordinate projects and meetings, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for document creation and collaboration
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite for document creation

-Working toward 50% remote in 2 months.
-Mileage reimbursement only to be given when a driving task is completed within work hours.
