Job Description:
- Organize, design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a caseload of children including treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems.

Complete monthly/quarterly/annual behavioral summaries for the individuals on your assigned caseload.

Make appropriate cross-referrals to other disciplines as needed

Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client based on their unique needs and abilities

Provide direct and indirect supervision with our Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians to implement protocols.

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, such as doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists, to ensure our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care

Keep detailed records of progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Certification by the BACB Certification Board required.

You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client

At least one year post graduate experience preferred
