SALARY: $20-23 PER HOUR

Client Care Coordinator
- Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan.
- Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process.
- Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care.
- Conduct client & Care Pro introductions with new clients.
- Must be comfortable driving throughout the counties, as this is required.
Requirements include:
- Strong computer skills, including data entry
- Healthcare experience desired (Caregiver, LPN, LNA)
- Sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solver in fast-paced environment
- Must have good driving record as this position requires traveling to the clients’ homes.
- Attention to detail and follow up imperative
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Must submit to background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
