Role Overview:
As an Account Executive at Livegistics, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our customer base. Your primary role will be to identify potential customers, develop relationships, and close sales that align with our strategic objectives. Your success will hinge on your ability to effectively communicate the value of our cloud-based solutions to prospective customers in the waste management and material integration industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through networking, cold calling, and strategic marketing initiatives. Understand and articulate the unique benefits and value of Livegistics' solutions to meet customer needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and negotiate contracts to successful closure.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings. Leverage market insights to identify new sales opportunities and enhance customer proposals.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the sales leadership. Prepare detailed account and forecast reports as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance product offerings and drive sales. Ensure that feedback from customers is communicated to the product development team to aid in product enhancements.
- Maintain Pipeline: Ensure the sales pipeline in the CRM is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
