We are seeking a dynamic Executive Sales Assistant that will play a pivotal role in supporting the Vice President of Sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Sales in achieving their targets, coordinating hospitality-related activities, and ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of dealer documentation, presentations, and contracts.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements for clients, including booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and organizing entertainment.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of hospitality-related events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and hospitality expenses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Handle special projects as needed to support the sales team and enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings.
