Assistant Property Manager

What you will do:
- Assist in managing all operational aspects of the property to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support property leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and processing lease applications.
- Coordinate property maintenance tasks, overseeing repairs and maintenance projects to uphold property standards.
- Conduct data entry accurately to maintain resident records and financial information.
- Assist in handling legal and administrative duties related to leases, tenant relations, and property regulations.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws.
- Support negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for property-related services.
- Utilize property management software for all property management tasks.
- Provide administrative support by managing office tasks and assisting with resident inquiries.
Who you are:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and vendor management.
- Understanding of contract management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other property-related laws.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
