In this role, you will use your expertise to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and develop a strategy to convert them into happy customers.
You’ll work with an excited team, collaborate on creative marketing and sales funnels, and strategize on exciting ways to spread our message while serving an audience of people who want to transform their lives. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Manage an effective advertising strategy across digital channels
- Proof and review ad campaign assets prior to launch
- Maintain an ongoing SEO strategy to increase reach and visibility
- Assist in ideation and planning of content and manage execution of content calendar
- Manage updates of website and marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Manage repurposing of content in multiple ways across multiple channels – podcasts, blog posts, email campaigns, videos, social media posts, etc.
- Manage and collaborate on strategy to grow engaged social media community
- Oversee YouTube show production and promotion
- Develop and refine creative email marketing strategies and optimize funnels for conversion
- Collaborate with team to create effective marketing and sales funnels
- Collaborate with team to create strategic content based on goals
- Stay up to date on industry and competitors
- Monitor and continually improve the company's sales system
- Present sales KPI results, sales revenue, and realistic projections to the leadership team
- Increase website traffic and overall visibility of the company
- Create and maintain systems, processes, and policies
- Manage and develop team
Skill Requirements
- Deep knowledge with proven results in online advertising
- Extensive knowledge and experience in online marketing
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects/campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience leading and managing an effective marketing team
- Proven experience evaluating, developing, and executing a variety of successful online media campaigns
- Highly proficient with project management and a project management system like Asana
- Ability to prioritize and manage complex projects from start to finish
- Proven experience developing and running successful sales funnels from start to finish, including rigorous A/B tests, engaging ad copy, audience segmentation, and landing page tests
- Experience researching and analyzing the effectiveness of paid search activities in meeting campaign and business objectives
- Experience with an automated email marketing platform and its metrics
- Knowledge of Google Ads Platform, Google Analytics, Google Tags Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and LinkedIn Advertising
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- High level of resourcefulness and creativity with the ability to view new marketing opportunities at every turn
- Committed to strong data and using metrics to make decisions
- Resourceful in finding solutions
- Experience with Infusionsoft is a strong plus but not required
- At least 3 years of experience as an Online Marketing and Sales Manager or higher with actual successful numbers to share with us

Pay will be determined based on education and experience. This is a contract position, working full-time, with the possibility of employment after 90 days.
