We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse for a Hospice RN position in the home health setting. This position is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. No weekends! The pay and benefits are generous for this Hospice Registered Nurse position. We will accept RN's with any experience in any setting including new grads! These hospice visits are done in the home setting. Because the Registered Nurse will manage the cases of their hospice patients in the home setting, the position is titled Hospice Case Manager. This Hospice RN Case Manager position is with a home health and hospice company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. REQUIREMENTS OF THE HOSPICE REGISTERED NURSE POSITION: We will accept RN's with ANY experience in any setting including new grads, however if the nurse does have experience with med/surg patients, that is a plus including Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. Any experience will be accepted, and new grads are welcomed! The registered nurse must be a registered nurse (RN). The registered nurse must be licensed in the state. The Registered Nurse must either be a US Citizen or have your green card.
