The Call-Center hours of operation range between 7AM - 11PM EST Monday - Sunday. Completely open and Flexible Full-Time schedule- (will only be considered if you are.)

Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience working in a Call Center is required along with 1 year of Sales experience.
- High speed internet (download and upload speeds of at least 100mpbs).
- A quiet work environment where no outside noise interferes.
- Completely open and Flexible Full-Time schedule (will only be considered if you are.)
- PLEASE NOTE: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK PAST 5 ON WEEKDAYS AND OPEN AVAILABILITY ON WEEKENDS
- General knowledge of working on a multi-screen computer set up and the ability to send professional emails
- Completion of above average or average on the aptitude test
- Training time frame is mandatory, 100% attendance is required, no exceptions
- Bilingual a plus
Duties:
- Manage 80 plus inbound calls a day
- Follow various communication scripts when speaking to a caller
- Handle customer engagement
- Identify customer needs, answer questions and solve problems
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
