Our Customer Support Associates work under the guidance of our customer experience and sales managers to implement marketing and sales initiatives and gain leadership experience. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be able to contribute new and fresh perspectives to improve daily functions throughout our marketing and sales programs, training procedures, and company culture. We'll support you along the way with extensive classroom training and one-on-one mentorship to assist you in becoming a successful Customer Support Associate for our firm!
Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Build stable, long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers through daily and weekly meetings to increase consumer retainment and sales trajectories
- Close any sales required from inquiring customers in person directly to bolster sales revenue, while answering any questions regarding services, products, promotions, or delivery, while also upselling when available
- Work collaboratively with management and sales team to define and execute projects, develop plans to drive sales revenue, manage expectations, communicate progress effectively to all involved, and deliver results on time
- Assist the customer service and sales team in all aspects of executing site management and sales operations for assigned territories
- Deliver a superior customer service experience to existing and prospective customers by establishing trust and a sense of comfortability face to face
- Increase industry and organizational knowledge through daily business meetings and job assignments
- Analyze market trends to derive a cutting edge against the competition, increase brand awareness, and improve sales margins
Customer Support Associate Requirements:
- College Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in a related major of Business Management, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or Business Administration is highly recommended
- GED is required
- A demonstrated history of personal achievement in leadership, athletics, academics, or community involvement is preferred
- Exceptional work ethic and determination to achieve goals
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and build lasting partnerships
- Great problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills
- Professional, reliable, and courteous demeanor with an eagerness to grow
