RNs responsibilities include:
- Utilizing skills within the RN scope of practice as articulated by the Texas Board of Nursing
- Organizing the work flow, responding to emergencies and noting detail.
- Genuinely caring for and interest in elderly and handicapped people.
- Complying with the Patient Bill of Rights and the Employee Responsibilities.
- Complying with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
- Giving direction to Nurse Aides for appropriate care of residents and assisting nurse aides where necessary.
- Properly administering resident medication.
- Implementing resident care plans in compliance with Company and federal guidelines, and Physician's Orders.

Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour
