ROLE PROFILE:
At High5 Vision, our Sales Associates not only aspire to always provide our visitors with an exceptional shopping experience, but are the faces of what we stand for. We want every patient we see to have a unique and personal relationship with their optician and leave with a visit they can feel good about. Your role will be to drive sales, build relationships, and treat every patient or shopper with expertise and honesty. Alongside these soft skills, an organized and detail-oriented work ethic is required to properly track sales metrics, goals and KPI’s.
PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES:
- Understand and execute our values and policies to provide excellent customer service and a memorable shopping experience
- Generate profitable store sales with exceptional sales experience and practices
- Work as a style consultant and help customers choose the best glasses for their lifestyle and face type.
- Act as an ambassador for our brand and values by displaying a professional image and attitude to all we come in contact with,
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our product lines to be able to accurately describe the various features and advantages of the individual frames and lenses.
- Perform monthly inventories to maintain current and accurate frame counts
- As applicable, manage frame and lens ordering and purchasing, including invoice review
- As applicable, perform final edging and lens cuts for purchase orders
- Act on key metrics to achieve performance goals.
CAREER PATH
- Complete “New Dispenser” Zeiss online training curriculum (within 60 days).
- Complete High5 Associate Training Program (within 6mo).
- Complete the American Board of Opticianry (ABO) Certification (within 1st year)
- Optional: High5 Lab and Edging Proficiency
- Optional: National Contact Lens Examiner (NCLE) Certification
- Optional: Certified Paraoptometric Coding (CPOC) Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
