Position Overview: As a Commercial Plumbing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in plumbing systems, and a proven track record of managing complex projects in the commercial construction industry.
What we need done:
- Interpret and implement mechanical plans effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical pipe fitting, including copper brazing or pressing, Victaulic pipe and fittings installation, as well as Nupi or Aquatherm fusion welding techniques.
- Perform material take-offs and facilitate material ordering processes.
- Coordinate project scheduling efficiently.
- Supervise and manage personnel effectively.
- Maintain punctuality and professional appearance at all times.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit a proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks and seeking out solutions.
Who we are looking for:
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing, preferably leading projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
